I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which had a comfortable and clean room that offered a splendid view of the Waterworks. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the steep stairs were quite intimidating, especially since they were icy, and the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, I found good value for money in terms of accommodation and the location was perfect for my needs.
